This is attractive tour that take place at spice firm Zanzibar. This tour normally start at Darajani market in stone town by dint of buffing spice, then to go the spice firm for a visit of leaning about spice.
After that, you will directly go to the cooking class lessons along with our competent females with vast experience in cooking activities. When you reach there, you start learning how to cook Swahili food, with good duet such as chapat, rice (pilau ) and Swahili curry ( vegetables, chicken or fish )
