This is a walking half day activity which starts from the heart of historical Zanzibar (Stone Town). This is a private tour, so we can organise transport from/to your hotel.
Stone Town is a very lively place where you will find a mixture of Africans, Indians, Arabians, and European cultures that live with love. You can see churches, mosques, and temples side by side.
Aside from that, you may wonder around the city, but your guide will take you to historical and cultural sites via the old slave market, Darajani market place, old fort, the Sultan’s palace and House of Wonder.
On the other hand, the stone town was constructed from coral stone during the 19th and 20th centuries. It was declared a world heritage site in 2000.
